Margate is a fast-growing community of approximately 1400 people, about 20 kilometres south of Hobart. Margate is a pleasant seaside town, on the shores of North West Bay, sheltered by hills covered with eucalypt forests.
The Rotary Club of d’Entrecasteaux is a group of local leaders whose aim is to enhance the services available through community organisations and the roughly 60 businesses in the Margate area.
